About This Role

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support weekly shipping operations from our lab in Natick, MA. You’ll be responsible for preparing and shipping customer orders using our order management system and parcel accounts (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time

  • Use our order management system to process shipments

  • Generate shipping labels and coordinate pickups with UPS/FedEx/USPS

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Support inbound inventory receiving

  • Lead periodic inventory counts and reporting

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with order fulfillment or shipping is a plus

  • Comfortable using basic software tools and shipping platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs and be on your feet during shifts

  • Reliable transportation to our Natick location

Schedule and Pay:

  • 1 shift per week to start (approximately 4–6 hours)

  • Hourly pay, commensurate with experience
